There are three (3) methods of payment. Electronic payment through PayPal is preferred.

1. Paypal using a credit card.

2. E-transfer sent to cata.office.manager@gmail.com.

3. Cheque made payable to CATA mailed to Conference Registration, 19 Nugget Court, Whitby, ON L1P 1N3. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your cheque.

You are registered for the conference after receipt of payment.

• Continuing Education Credit •

A certificate of attendance will be emailed to you upon verification of attendance of the conference. Further information is available from cata.office.manager@gmail.com.

• Accommodation •

Special conference rate at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel – Toronto Downtown, 108 Chestnut Street. For more information, please see the conference information sheet here.

• Meals •

Three (3) breakfasts and two (2) lunches are included in the registration fee.

• Refund Policy •

Conference fees can be fully refunded until August 1, 2016. Between August 1, 2016 to September 1, 2016, 50% of fees will be refunded. After September 1, 2016, no refunds will be made. Please contact Deb Kopeschny (deb@kopeschny.ca) or Gilda Raimondi (cataconferencechair@gmail.com).
