Practice Description
At Art of You, I believe that every individual deserves a safe, supportive, and empowering space to explore and express themselves.
My practice focuses on person-led, strength-focused, and process-focused approaches, which means that we will work together and use the creative process to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I lead with a safe space and supporting presence, and allow you to create whatever you'd like to within our session without any pressing questions or forced directives. I follow your lead, ideas, and needs and will act as a personal cheerleader and facilitator for your own creative process and discoveries. Whether we chat or not isn't the goal, it's all about you getting something from our session– whether it's from the artwork, the safe space, or the therapeutic relationship, I trust you know what you need each time and am happy to help you get that during our time together
I currently am offering in-person sessions for children and tweens.
If you're looking for a compassionate and positive art therapy experience, Art of You is here to help!
