Case study vignettes will showcase the therapeutic journeys of parents attending a group that was carefully designed to provide a balance of mother nature metaphors, expressive art and writing, psycho-education and mutual support. The neurobiology of attachment, ecology, feminist therapy, humanistic art therapy and poetry therapy are woven together to support clients’ brain integration and build resiliency in parenting.
